This policy explains how AJ Studio ("we", "us") handles information in HoopBoard, and applies from the app's first public release. Other AJ Studio products have their own policies — see Legal & privacy.
The short version: HoopBoard runs offline, has no account, and does not collect personal information. Three services receive limited technical data — Apple (billing), RevenueCat (subscription verification) and Sentry (anonymised crash reports). Details below.
Nothing that identifies you. HoopBoard has no account and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos or device identifiers, and we use no advertising or analytics tracking SDKs. Game data you enter — team names, scores, rosters, player stats — is stored only on your device and is never sent to us.
HoopBoard Pro is sold as an in-app subscription through the Apple App Store (and Google Play on Android). The store processes your payment under its own privacy policy; we never see your card details.
To unlock Pro features we use RevenueCat to manage your subscription entitlement. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-user identifier and your purchase receipt, to confirm whether Pro is active. It does not receive your name or email.
If HoopBoard crashes or hits an unexpected error, we send an anonymised diagnostic report to Sentry so we can find and fix the bug. Reports contain the exception stack trace, the HoopBoard version, the OS version and the device model (for example "iPad13,4").
Reports do not include your name, email, location, game data, team names, roster, scores, or any personally identifiable information. An anonymous install identifier lets duplicate crashes from the same device collapse into one issue; it cannot be linked back to you.
The limited purchase information above is used only to deliver and restore the features you bought. We do not sell, rent or share personal information — because we do not collect any.
HoopBoard is suitable for all ages and is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.
You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Deleting the app removes all game data stored on your device.
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version at this address.
